Balancing parenthood and career demands with artist Katie Melua and manager Sumit Bothra

ESNS is our favourite way to start the year and we are returning to Groningen in 2025 to present a very special panel on Friday 17th Jan on Balancing Parenthood and Career Demands. Hosted by music industry psychologist Anne Löhr and featuring one of the UK’s highest-selling female recording artists, Katie Melua. Originally from Georgia, Katie Melua has sold in excess of 11 million albums and received over 56 platinum awards, and her manager Sumit Bothra who also manages PJ Harvey, Fink, The Boxer Rebellion and Nathan Nicholson. Sumit recently launched his own independent artist management company, SB3 Artist Management (after heading up the European management hq of ATC management), and is a Board Member to both the MMF (Music Managers Forum UK) and EMMA – European Music Managers Alliance. We will also be hosting a helpdesk again, where attendees can book in with music industry psychologists Anne Löhr (working in English and German) and Marie Beau (working in French) for onsite therapeutic/welfare check ins.
