Touring means living and working alongside the same people, often far from the usual outlets you have at home. Sometimes you just need somewhere outside the tour to offload, think something through or reset.
Tour Check-Ins offer a private, online one-to-one conversation with someone independent who understands the realities of life on the road.
They are confidential, flexible and available 24/7 – wherever you are in the world.

You might use a Tour Check-In to:
- Clear your head after a difficult day
- Talk through stress, pressure or tension
- Manage sleep, fatigue or homesickness
- Think through relationships, performance or habits that aren’t helping
- Simply take stock and stay on top of things

Sessions take place by video and last up to 50 minutes. All Tour Check-Ins are delivered by qualified psychologists and psychotherapists with experience of the music industry.
It’s confidential
What you discuss won’t be shared with your tour, employer, manager or colleagues, except in the limited circumstances explained in our confidentiality policy.
You don’t need to be struggling with your mental health
Think of it as routine maintenance: tours look after their trucks, equipment and production systems; Tour Check-Ins help look after the people who make the tour happen.
Bring Tour Check-Ins to your tour
Give your team confidential, specialist support while they’re on the road.
