About me
Sascha spent over three decades in live music, working with agents, promoters, and venues, gaining deep insight into the world of touring. For the past 15 years, she has also practised as a psychiatric nurse specialising in complex care, bringing clinical expertise to high-pressure environments. In addition, she leads tours to some of the most remote destinations in the world.
She is passionate about bridging music and mental health, supporting wellbeing on the road and beyond. In 2024, Sascha became MITC’s dedicated tour Welfare Officer, joining Dua Lipa’s Radical Optimism tour. This was a first-of-its-kind role, providing performers and crew with a trusted advocate, confidential check-ins, psychological support, and restorative activities during rest periods, supported by senior psychologists and psychotherapists from the Music Industry Therapist Collective.
