‘Righting the Ship with Psychological Safety’ with MITC psychotherapists Whitney O’Malley and Jodi Milstein

MITC’s specialist music industry psychotherapists Whitney O’Malley and Jodi Milstein join two veterans of the event safety world, Bryan Huneycutt and Teresa Beardsley to present ‘Righting the Ship with Psychological Safety’ in San Diego on November 14 at the Event Safety Alliance annual summit.

Bryan is Co-Founder of the Safety Advisors Forum-Live Entertainment, a member of the Mental Health and Suicide prevention steering committee for the Behind the Scenes Foundation and he currently serves on the Event Safety Alliance Board of Directors, amongst others.

Teresa Beardsley has been working in the international entertainment industry for over ten years and is an experienced production and safety professional, who founded Safety Compliance Services.

The panel will discuss the importance of psychological safety and the role of psychological safety in overall event success. They will bring the concept to life through production case studies, the neurobiology of psychological safety and take-aways that leaders can use to improve psychological safety in your event environments.
