Backstage Therapy: Confidential support on tour

At MITC, we understand that life on the road can be a challenge (for your mind, body and relationships!). That’s why we offer discrete therapeutic coaching onsite at venues, festivals, and conferences – right when you need it most.

Whether you’re performer or crew, our therapists create a safe, confidential space where you can share whatever is on your mind without fear of repercussions.

We have worked in venues like London’s O2 arena, the London Stadium and Manchester’s Old Trafford, and at various conferences and festivals worldwide. We create a warm, inviting space where you can take a moment to tune in to what’s happening for you on the inside. Feeling heard and held when facing difficulty brings relief, facilitates emotional regulation, and increases self-agency.

Our therapeutic coaching also provides vital support for those travelling who have problems with substance misuse or behavioural addictions, whilst working within triggering environments.

“We had the pleasure of inviting a highly skilled MITC psychotherapist to join our tour on show day recently.

The therapist’s empathetic and professional approach created a safe and welcoming atmosphere that resonated with everyone they worked with.

We can’t recommend MITC’s services enough for other tours, bands, and crews.”
